Dear colleagues:
Ms. Elis Vasquez, coordinadora académica, informed me yesterday (11 IV 2012)the following:
1. We must deliver to coordinación académica our planes de aula by April's third week.

2. We must check students's 2011 final grades in order to correct some mistakes. Coordinadora académica will send us the reports with the names of the students who failed and must repeat the academic year. If a student failed in our subject but their names are not in that report we must correct the grades in School control in order to pass the student with the problem.

3. The budget of the proyect must be adjusted: it can't be over 1 million and we must avoid unnecessary spendings such as: brochures, banners, etc.

4. We must enter 2012 grades in School control next week (from April 16 to 20). The academic reports will be delivered to parents on April 25 and 26.

5. Our planes de aula must reflect how to integrate with other subjects (interdisciplinariedad).
